Plastic Routing Concerns

In the world of plastic routing, one of the biggest concerns that people have is how the surface finish of the finished product looks and feels. The best plastic routing tools in the world can’t perform properly if their collet systems are not maintained to industry standard; the finish will deteriorate and the scrap rate will accelerate.

At the end of the day, the most important thing to remember is to use high quality tools and maintain them properly; the rest will come together with adequate training and practice.
